Larry Good – Songwriter, Film Score Composer

Besides small triumphs in the songwriting world (Political Party – certified Top 100 for entire year in Cashbox Magazine), Larry has moved into the film scoring and media music realm, composing and producing music for several feature films, shorts (The Rose, Honorable Mention, Aspen Filmfest), many documentaries, broadcast media productions. And lo! His Musical Composition degree from Stanford University came into play!
This began during the several years that Larry Good served as the musical director (and entire onstage band!) for the Aspen Ridiculous Theater Company, a group which wrote and staged an entirely new skit and improv show each week. The fast pace and wide range of skills required for this onstage job were a good match, and in its wake came the initial demands for Larry to compose and produce music for film and television. And lo! His Musical Composition degree from Stanford University came into play! These initial projects included television (Oh, My Mr. Bob comedy pilot, Principal Secret infomercials, Big O Tires and other ads) independant feature films (Twist of Faith, Ralphie,) shorts (The Rose, Tex the Passive Aggressive Gunslinger, Revenge of the Red Balloon,) and nature and corporate documentaries (Still Wild, Back from the Brink.)
